特朗普指出，协议内容还将涉及政权更迭。他列举了大量伊朗高级官员遭清除的情况，强调"政权更迭已是既定事实，但我们正在与一些我认为非常通情达理、立场坚定的对象磋商。或许其中某位正是我们寻找的理想人选。看看委内瑞拉，目前进展相当顺利。"
