Pan Asia Data: High Court Defers Winding-Up Petition Hearing to 12 Oct; Shares Remain Halted

The High Court of Hong Kong has further postponed the hearing of the winding-up petition against Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. (Pan Asia Data) to 12 October 2026. The decision, made at the joint request of the company and the petitioner during the 30 September session, means no winding-up order has been issued to date.

Trading in Pan Asia Data’s shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 10 September 2026 and will stay on hold pending the release of additional inside-information disclosures in accordance with the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. The board stated that arrangements for resumption will be made “as soon as practicable.”

Management has committed to issuing further announcements on any material developments related to the petition. Investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
