万顺瑞强集团有限公司（下称“公司”）于2026年3月3日发布2月股份变动月报表，报告期截至2026年2月28日。公司注册于开曼群岛，证券代号为08427。
截至本月底，公司法定注册股本依旧为1亿港元（每股面值0.8港元，总股数125,000,000股），与上月底保持一致。普通股已发行股份数量为16,567,632股，未见任何新增发行、购回、注销或库藏股变动，库存股份数为0股。
