股东们面临选择：每持有一股极氪股票，可换取2.687美元现金，或1.23股吉利股票。美国存托凭证（ADR）持有者则能获得26.87美元现金，或12.3股吉利股票——每份ADR代表10股极氪普通股。
收购价低于极氪ADR周一的收盘价27.82美元，但高于六月底不足26美元的水平。交易预计第四季度完成。回顾2024年5月，极氪以每股ADR 21美元登陆美国市场，市值约70亿美元。尽管全年交付222,123辆电动车，公司尚未盈利。
作为中国汽车巨头，吉利市值高达230亿美元。2024年，其全球销量突破220万辆，其中180万辆来自中国市场，并持续盈利。吉利旗下品牌网络涵盖极氪、沃尔沃、极星和路特斯科技等。
市场反应积极：周二早盘，极氪ADR上涨1.3%，报28.18美元。相比之下，标普500指数微涨0.2%，道琼斯工业平均指数下跌0.3%。当前股价虽高于现金收购价，但若选择股票方案，12.3股吉利股票价值约28.54美元。
