Pa Shun International Holdings Limited (PASHUN INT'L) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available on the company website (www.pashun.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board strongly encourages shareholders to access the digital copies. Non-registered holders who have difficulty viewing the online documents—or who prefer printed materials—may complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for Hong Kong residents; alternatively, requests can be emailed to 574-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt.

Shareholders keeping their shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. should supply a functional email address to their intermediaries to receive future electronic notifications. Until a valid email address is provided, notifications of publication will be sent only in printed form.

For enquiries, investors may contact Tricor’s hotline at (+852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The notice is signed by Non-executive Director Mr. Chen Zhongzheng on behalf of the board and dated 8 June 2026.
