On 10 September 2026, Luks Group (Vietnam Holdings) Company Limited released a formal notice confirming that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.luks.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends stakeholders access the online version, but holders who encounter difficulties with electronic access—or who prefer hard copies—may obtain printed versions free of charge. To do so, investors must complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted via email to 366-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered shareholders will receive a notice of the web publication by email or post only if their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited have supplied a functional email or postal address to the company. The notice encourages such shareholders to provide valid email addresses to their intermediaries to facilitate electronic communication.

Enquiries should be directed to Tricor Investor Services via the dedicated hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The notice was issued under the authority of the board and signed by Company Secretary Mr. Fan Chiu Tat, Martin.
