Latest data from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong reveals a notable position shift for INTRON TECH (01760) on August 24, with a transfer market value of HK$94.25 million, accounting for 6.99% of the company's shares.

The company's shareholders moved 75 million shares into Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), while 75.02 million shares were transferred out from BNP Paribas.

In a separate announcement, INTRON TECH (01760) disclosed that on June 1, 2026, the company granted share options to 302 employees of the group under the terms and conditions of its share plan adopted on May 27, 2024. These options entitle holders to subscribe for a total of 21.96 million ordinary shares, each with a par value of HK$0.01, in the company's share capital, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
