Jimu Group elevates CEO Chow Ngai Fung to Executive Director and adds him to Risk Management and Remuneration Committees

Jimu Group Limited announced that, effective 15 June 2026, Chief Executive Officer Chow Ngai Fung (aged 39) has been appointed as an Executive Director and will concurrently join both the Board’s Risk Management Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Chow, who became CEO in November 2024, brings more than a decade of management experience in the energy sector and prior roles in Hong Kong– and Mainland-based financial and leather-industry companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2010).

Key contractual terms: • Service agreement: Two-year initial term starting 15 June 2026. • Director’s emolument: HK$1.44 million per annum, set with reference to duties, experience and prevailing market conditions. • CEO remuneration: HK$0.60 million per annum, determined before the directorship; the overall package will be reviewed annually by the Board and Remuneration Committee.

Shareholding: Chow holds 28.99 million shares, representing approximately 19.11 % of Jimu Group’s issued share capital.

Following the appointment, the Board comprises: Executive Directors Chan Ting Leuk Arthur and Chow Ngai Fung; Non-executive Director Shum Tsz Yeung; and Independent Non-executive Directors Hung Wai Che, Choi Ho Yan, Yiu Yu Hong John and Chu Wei Ning.
