2026年5月4日，中远海运控股股份有限公司（中远海控，港交所股份代码：01919）发布翌日披露报表，披露公司于当日回购H股股份188.40万股，占当日前现有已发行股本的约0.0683%。回购价格介乎每股港币14.43元至14.77元，总费用为港币2,762.14万。
公告显示，本次回购所涉股份将稍后注销，在本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍保持为2,756,479,500股。根据公告，中远海控此前已于2026年3月23日至5月4日期间多次回购股份，截至本次回购后，公司已根据购回授权累计回购股份约1,270.35万股，占授权通过当日（2025年5月28日）已发行股本的0.441%，该购回授权所覆盖的总数为28,798.195万股。此外，公司还确认已严格遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及其他适用法律法规完成本次回购，并指出未来至2026年6月3日期间将适用上市规则所列示的暂止期。
