From September 4th to 7th, the 11th Chengdu International Urban Modern Agricultural Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Agricultural Expo") will be held at the Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center in Chengdu. According to the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, 12 countries including Russia, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand will participate, along with 22 domestic cities including Wuhan, Zhengzhou, and Shenyang forming exhibition groups. This agricultural extravaganza gathering authentic specialties from both international and domestic sources will allow Chengdu's numerous food enthusiasts to experience the diverse charm of modern urban agriculture in a "one-stop" manner right at their doorstep.

The "Lion Head Goose" from Chaoshan cuisine is renowned far and wide. Chenghai District in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, as the nation's largest Lion Head Goose production base, boasts over 300 years of breeding history. The Chenghai Lion Head Goose is a national-level livestock and poultry genetic resource protection variety. For this exhibition, Chenghai District has organized 10 enterprises to participate, covering the entire industry chain including breeding stock, fresh frozen geese, and braised goose pre-prepared dishes, showcasing the complete chain "from farm to table." The exhibition site will host Chaoshan braised goose craft demonstrations and tasting activities, providing visitors with an immersive culinary experience.

On September 6th, the "Chenghai Lion Head Goose Brand Sichuan (Chengdu) Special Promotion Conference" will be held at the exhibition site, sincerely inviting Sichuan-Chongqing purchasers to explore business opportunities together and unlock new cooperation possibilities.
Wuhan's Jiangcheng Baizhen, which was selected as the 71st place in China's Regional Agricultural Brand Influence Index Top 100 in 2025, will focus on promoting specialty products such as Hongshan vegetable moss and Wangji chicken soup through licensing management, supply chain integration, and online-offline channel expansion, driving Wuhan agricultural products toward national and international markets.
Guangxi is an important specialty agriculture advantage region in China. For years, it has persisted in promoting agricultural modernization through technological innovation, successfully creating several industrial clusters worth over 10 billion yuan, including sugarcane, silkworm, citrus, and high-quality rice. The Guangxi exhibition area at this Chengdu Agricultural Expo will showcase "Gui-brand" premium specialty agricultural products such as Wuzhou Liubao tea, Yongfu monk fruit, Qinzhou large oysters, Beihai South Sea pearls, and natural spices, comprehensively presenting the brand charm and industrial achievements of Guangxi's modern agriculture.
Shenyang is one of the core regions for modern agricultural development in Northeast China. This Chengdu Agricultural Expo will showcase premium specialty agricultural products mainly consisting of rice, sauerkraut, miscellaneous grains, and processed foods.
Qianxinan Prefecture in Guizhou Province will bring specialty agricultural products such as Job's tears rice, ancient tea, and mugwort products to the exhibition. Products developed with high-quality Sichuan peppercorns from Jiangjin, Chongqing as the base, including green peppercorn pepper-spiced chicken, fresh peppercorn sauce, and peppercorn sprout sauce, offer fresh, mild, and fragrant flavors, bringing consumers a completely new taste experience.

Additionally, specialty agricultural products from Zhangjiachuan County, Gansu, including Huaniu apples, red cattle, hemp oil, traditional Chinese medicines, and wild vegetables, will also be prominently featured at this Chengdu Agricultural Expo.
