CLP Releases 2026 Interim Report and Declares HK$0.63 Second Interim Dividend

CLP Holdings (CLP) has made its 2026 Interim Report available on both the company’s website and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s platform. Shareholders can access the English and Chinese versions under the “Financial Reports” section online.

To streamline distribution, CLP will continue to send corporate communications electronically unless a printed copy is specifically requested. Shareholders who prefer email notifications must submit a functional email address via the designated Request Form; without a valid address, notifications will not be delivered.

Actionable Corporate Communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be sent individually. If no email address is on file, these materials will be delivered in printed form to the registered postal address until electronic details are provided.

The Board has declared a second interim dividend of HK$0.63 per share for 2026. Key dates are as follows: • Record date: 4 September 2026 (share register closed on this date) • Last day for share transfers to qualify: 3 September 2026, by 4:30 p.m. HKT • Payment date: 15 September 2026
