E-STAR CM (06668) Announces New Non-Executive Director Appointment

E-STAR CM (06668) has announced that effective March 31, 2026, (i) Mr. Ma Chaoqun has resigned from his position as an executive director to dedicate more time to his other business commitments; and (ii) Mr. Liu Jun has resigned from his role as a non-executive director and as a member of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee, also to focus more on his other business interests. Starting March 31, 2026, Ms. Ou Qunping has been appointed as a non-executive director and will serve as a member of both the audit committee and the remuneration committee.
