蜜雪集团（02097）公告显示，其董事会建议在即将召开的2026年6月26日股东周年大会上，提请授予回购股份一般授权，最高可回购不超过该公司已发行H股总数的10%。
根据公告，蜜雪集团目前已发行379,618,800股股份，其中H股数量150,883,058股。若授权获股东通过并全部行使，回购上限约为15,088,305股H股。公司强调，回购所用资金均来自合法资金。同时，回购安排依据《中华人民共和国公司法》及香港联合交易所有限公司《证券上市规则》等相关法律法规进行。
公司认为，此次回购有助于提升每股资产净值、维护股东整体利益，董事会认为回购计划符合公司及股东的最佳利益。董事会同时公告了过去十二个月内股票交易价格区间：H股最高价格为每股618.50港元（2025年6月），最低价格为每股250.00港元（2026年5月）。本次回购议案尚需在股东周年大会上表决通过。公司就会议日期及暂停办理股份过户的时间等事宜也作出了相关安排，股东可在指定时间办理登记以行使表决权。
