宏基集团控股有限公司公布截至2025年9月30日止六个月的财务数据。财报显示，该公司在报告期内实现营收约1.868亿港元，同比上升4.6%（上年同期约1.786亿港元）。经调整净利润由上年同期亏损约1,056.3万港元转为盈利约108万港元，毛利约4,169万港元，毛利率从上期的21.6%提升至22.3%。经营活动现金净流出约4,404.6万港元。
成本结构方面，报告期一般及行政开支以及金融及合约资产减值损失净额合计约3,624万港元，同比有所降低。销售及分销费用约286万港元，相比上期基本持平。
业务分项
地基建筑工程业务收入约1.5569亿港元，较上年同期的1.1928亿港元增长30.5%，为整体业务最大收入来源。土地勘测服务收入约2,216万港元，同比下降9.8%。金融服务收入从上期的11.7万港元增至24.5万港元。消费品贸易板块收入约192.4万港元；电商业务收入约525.7万港元，相比上年同期有所下滑。报告期内，地基建筑工程和土地勘测服务仍然构成主要业绩支撑，其中地基建筑工程板块毛利率稳定在21%左右，土地勘测分部毛利率则有所下降。
