JOY CITY PPT (00207) announced that the company, as borrower, has entered into a credit agreement with a financial institution as lender. Under this agreement, a loan facility with a maximum amount of HK$3 billion will be provided to the company by the lender according to the terms and conditions set forth in the credit letter. The facility will have a maturity date of 364 days from the first drawdown date.
