根据公告，此次发行分为两部分：分别向参与股份计划的非董事级别人士及公司董事等发行普通股10,000股和989,000股，发行价均为每股3.26港元。其中10,000股约占原有已发行股本的0.001%，989,000股约占原有已发行股本的0.0965%。本次发行完成后，公司的已发行股本由1,024,381,286股增至1,025,380,286股，库藏股数保持不变。
