Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Buys Back 113,400 Shares for HKD 0.50 Million, Lifts Treasury Stock to 8.45 Million

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 113,400 ordinary shares on 18 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 4.38 to HKD 4.42, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 4.40 per share and an aggregate outlay of HKD 0.50 million. The repurchased shares, representing 0.0145% of Jacobio’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction, will be held as treasury shares.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 783.31 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 8.45 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 791.76 million.

The buyback formed part of the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 78.37 million shares. Including the latest trade, Jacobio has repurchased 419,100 shares, equating to 0.0535% of issued shares as at the mandate date, leaving capacity for a further 77.95 million shares.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Jacobio is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 July 2026. The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and related regulatory requirements.
