消息面上，英诺赛科公告称，公司与意法半导体（STMicroelectronics）签署了一项基于氮化镓（GaN）功率技术开发与制造的联合开发协议。根据协议，双方将在未来几年内共同推动该技术在消费电子、数据中心、汽车及工业电源系统等领域的应用。此外，英诺赛科可使用意法半导体在中国以外地区的制造产能生产其氮化镓晶圆，意法半导体也可利用英诺赛科在中国的制造产能生产其自有的氮化镓晶圆。这一战略合作极大地提升了投资者对公司未来发展前景的信心。
值得注意的是，英诺赛科近期公布的财报显示，公司2024年全年销售收入达8.29亿元人民币，同比增长39.8%。尽管仍处于亏损状态，但公司毛利率已从2023年的-61.6%显著提升至-19.5%，净亏损同比收窄5.1%至10.46亿元。这表明公司通过扩大生产规模、优化工艺及降本增效措施，正在逐步改善盈利能力，并在消费电子、新能源汽车、AI数据中心等领域实现突破。此次与意法半导体的合作，有望进一步推动公司技术创新和市场拓展。
