Concord New Energy Group Limited (182.HK/SEG) 于2026年2月9日交易时段后与旗下合营公司招盈能合订立多份出售协议，合计转让三个风电及配套储能项目的全部股权，交易总对价约人民币5.178亿元。根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第14章，该整体出售事项构成须予披露交易。

此次出售涉及曲靖聚隆新能源技术有限公司及其全资子公司（统称目标集团A，项目规模300兆瓦风电及30兆瓦/60兆瓦时储能）、五河聚合风力发电有限公司（目标公司B，项目规模50兆瓦风电）以及安徽泰合新能源技术有限公司及其全资子公司（统称目标集团C，项目规模51兆瓦风电）。三份协议明确了三期现金付款计划，包括完成工商变更登记及部分资料移交后支付大部分款项，待过渡期财务确认后支付尾款，以及完成特定工程消缺事项后支付余款。

公告显示，这些目标集团在2025年及此前的财务表现稳健，且拥有约人民币4.1858亿元的未审核综合资产净值（截至2025年12月31日）。交易完成后，目标集团将不再作为Concord New Energy Group Limited的附属公司。公司预计可录得未经审计收益约人民币7,754万元，所得资金将用于集团日常业务及采购风电、光伏发电设备等。
