2026年8月18日，怡俊集团控股（02442）发布公告称，其控股股东天赋国际集团有限公司已于当日交易时段后完成股份转让。天赋国际向 Terminus Consumer Limited（TC）转让102,000,000股股份，占怡俊集团控股已发行股本的25%，并以此换取TC全资附属公司约45.88%股权。
公告显示，转让前，TC及其最终实益拥有人为独立第三方；转让完成后，天赋国际仍为怡俊集团控股的控股股东，持股比例约39.57%，TC则成为主要股东，持股25%。
TC自称为一家领先的人工智能公司，拥有世界级人才团队和技术专利组合，正积极拓展全球业务。董事会预计，此次股份转让不会对集团业务运营产生不利影响。
