Sun Hing Vision Group Holdings Limited confirmed that its board composition will be refreshed on 16 July 2026.

The re-constituted Board will comprise four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors (INEDs): • Executive Directors – Ku Ngai Yung, Otis (Chairman); Ku Ka Yung (Deputy Chairman and Chief Financial Controller); Chan Chi Sun; Ma Sau Ching. • INEDs – Chow Chi Fai; Lee Kwong Yiu; Wong Che Man, Eddy.

Three board committees have also been re-appointed: 1. Audit Committee – chaired by Chow Chi Fai, with Lee Kwong Yiu and Wong Che Man, Eddy as members. 2. Remuneration Committee – chaired by Lee Kwong Yiu, joined by Wong Che Man, Eddy and Chow Chi Fai. 3. Nomination Committee – chaired by Wong Che Man, Eddy, alongside Chow Chi Fai, Lee Kwong Yiu and Ma Sau Ching.

The announced changes focus on strengthening corporate governance through clearly defined roles across the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees, each led by an INED. All appointments take effect from 16 July 2026.
