CPM GROUP (01932) announced that Ernst & Young (EY) has resigned as the company's auditor at the request of the board, effective from November 17, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint ZHONGHUI ANDA Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (ZHONGHUI ANDA) as the replacement auditor, effective from the same date, to fill the interim vacancy left by EY's resignation. ZHONGHUI ANDA will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
