On September 23, 2026, Citigroup Inc. disposed of 24,140 H shares of SICC as the percentage level of its interest in the shares held in the lending pool of the approved lending agent reduced, leading to a change in the nature of its interest. This was not a direct secondary-market trade but a reduction in shares held under a securities lending arrangement.
Prior to the disposal, Citigroup Inc.'s long position in SICC was 2.77 million shares, representing 5.05%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 2.75 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 5.01%.
