On Jun, 16 2026, Boustead Singapore Limited (F9D) announced that its 88.2%-owned subsidiary, Esri Australia Pty Ltd, has renewed an enterprise agreement with an Australian federal government department valued at about 60 million Singapore dollars.

The contract—last renewed in Jul, 2023—remains the largest for Boustead’s Geospatial Division and provides tens of thousands of Australian government employees continued access to Esri’s ArcGIS geographic information system, along with related software support services.

Boustead said the agreement is expected to deliver a positive material contribution to its profitability and earnings per share for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2027, while having no material effect on its net tangible asset value per share for the same period.
