China PPT Inv Maintains Issued Share Base at 320.60 Million in July; Public Float Requirement Met

For the month ended 31 July 2026, China Properties Investment Holdings Limited (China PPT Inv) reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remains at 30.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 300.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 320.60 million, with no treasury shares outstanding or movement recorded during the period.

No new shares were issued and no share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were exercised or granted. Consequently, there were no funds raised from equity issuance in July.

China PPT Inv further confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%, indicating that sufficient shares remain freely tradable in the market.

The filing was submitted by Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, in accordance with Main Board Rule 13.25C requirements.
