期权及激励方面，公司于2月期间根据H股购股权计划授出8,638,475份购股权，同时有2,300,000份购股权失效，期末持有购股权总数6,951,300份。另根据H股股份激励计划，本月度未因激励而新增发行股份。上述变动均未导致公司股本总数发生变化。
