盘前异动丨Wolfspeed暴涨50%，回声星通信涨逾6%，热门中概股走高

9月30日周二，美股三大指数期货在盘前时段小幅走低。今日关注：美国9月芝加哥PMI、JOLTs职位空缺、谘商会消费者信心指数等重要数据。

Wolfspeed Inc. 盘前暴涨50%，公司成功脱离破产保护程序，并大幅削减了债务和利息成本。公司周一取消了此前发行并流通的股份，这是其削减债务并退出破产计划的一部分。公司发行了新股，但未更改其股票代码。

同时，其它芯片股盘前涨跌不一。截至发稿，英伟达跌0.38%，AMD跌0.27%，美光涨0.37%，迈威尔科技跌0.9%；台积电涨0.2%，阿斯麦涨0.5%，博通涨0.6%。

回声星通信 盘前涨超6%，报道称电信运营商Verizon正与其洽谈收购无线频段业务。

SanDisk Corp 盘前涨1.8%，铠侠和SanDisk宣布日本北上工厂Fab2正式投产，应对AI推动的市场需求。

特斯拉 盘前小幅走低。特斯拉定于10月初发布第三季度全球交付数据。

Beyond Meat盘前反弹超1%，上个交易日重挫36%。公司提出债务置换计划，希望消除超过8亿美元债务。

Firefly Aerospace Inc. 盘前大跌超10%。公司表示，位于德克萨斯州布里吉斯的设施发生一起事件，所有人员均安全，该事件导致一枚火箭助准器损毁。

热门中概股盘前多数走高。截至发稿，哔哩哔哩涨超5%，世纪互联涨约4%，万国数据涨3%，理想汽车涨2.5%，小鹏汽车涨2.67%，阿里巴巴、百度涨超1%。
