Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA) reported that Director Mr. Vitchaphol Sincharoenkul bought 280,000 common shares on Feb, 26 2026.
The shares were acquired on the Stock Exchange of Thailand through InnovestX Securities at an average price of 14.80 per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. Sincharoenkul’s stake rose to 35.00 million shares from 34.72 million shares, according to the company’s Form 59 filing.
