GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited (“GoFintech Quantum,” stock code: 290) issued an announcement stating that the Long Stop Date under its Subscription Agreements is being extended once again. According to the latest notice dated 20 February 2026, the new Long Stop Date will be 13 March 2026 (or a later date subject to agreement in writing). All other terms of the Subscription Agreements remain unchanged.

The announcement referenced previous extensions first disclosed on 4 September 2025 and subsequently announced on 25 September, 16 October, 6 November, 27 November, 18 December, 8 January, and 29 January, each mutually agreed upon by GoFintech Quantum and the Subscribers. Completion of the subscription remains subject to the fulfillment (or waiver, where applicable) of all conditions precedent as outlined in the Subscription Agreements. There is no guarantee of completion, and shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares.
