11月19日，美股三大股指期货弱势震荡，截止发稿，道指期货跌0.1%，纳指期货跌0.04%，标普500指数期货跌0.03%。

普拉格能源跌超17%，宣布发行3.75亿美元可转换债券；

KULR Technology跌超7%，第三季度营收同比增长116%，净亏损同比扩大；

Olema Pharmaceuticals跌超6%，拟公开发售普通股和预融资认股权证；

安森美半导体涨超3%，宣布授权60亿美元股票回购计划；

Bullish涨超2%，近日“木头姐”斥资1000万美元逆势加仓；

Constellation Energy涨超3%，该公司宣布从美国能源部获得10亿美元贷款；

埃尔比特系统涨近4%，获以色列国防部2.1亿美元合同；

贵金属板块普涨，科尔黛伦矿业涨近3%，金田、赫克拉矿业、泛美白银涨超2%，AngloGold Ashanti涨近2%，金罗斯黄金、纽曼矿业、哈莫尼黄金涨约1%；

加密货币概念股普跌，Strategy跌近2%，BitMine、MARA Holdings、Hut 8跌超1%；

锂矿概念股走强，Sigma Lithium涨超15%，Lithium Americas涨近2%，美国雅保、智利矿业化工涨超1%。
