Bulletin Express
Mar 09

IMAX China Holding, Inc. announced that, further to its 31 January 2024 circular, the company will continue to distribute all future corporate communications exclusively in electronic form. The switch covers directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts (and any summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Registered shareholders who have not yet supplied a functional email address are reminded to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the completed form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai.

Key points of the arrangement:

1. Delivery method • Both English and Chinese versions of all corporate communications will be accessible at www.imax.cn and on the HKEXnews website. • No printed copies will be dispatched unless shareholders expressly request them.

2. Consequences of not providing an email address • Shareholders will not receive publication notices. • They must proactively check the company and HKEXnews websites for updates. • Actionable corporate communications will be sent in printed form only.

3. Opt-in for hard copies • Shareholders may request printed versions by emailing imax.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by ticking the relevant box on the reply form. • The hard-copy request remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.

4. Enquiries • Computershare hotline: +852 2862 8688 (09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).

The notice, dated 9 March 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Yifan (Yvonne) He, formalises the company’s move toward paperless disclosure and urges shareholders to maintain up-to-date electronic contact details to ensure uninterrupted access to statutory information.
