紫金矿业(02899)于2026年6月5日发布更新公告，确定2025年度末期股息方案。公司宣派末期股息每10股3.8元人民币（含税），以港元派发的折算汇率为1人民币兑1.149301港元，即每10股H股股息为4.367344港元。
股权登记日为2026年6月16日，除净日为6月9日，递交股份过户文件的最后时限为6月10日16时30分，股份过户登记将自6月11日至16日暂停。股息预计于2026年7月10日正式派发。
代扣所得税安排方面，非居民企业股东（包括香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司）将按10%税率扣缴企业所得税；非居民个人股东一般按10%税率扣缴个人所得税，适用税收协定优惠税率的股东可按相关规定处理。通过沪港通及深港通投资H股的内地个人投资者按20%代扣个人所得税，内地企业投资者则无需代扣代缴，自行申报缴纳。
此外，公司发行的两笔可换股债券——2029年到期20亿美元有担保可换股债券（股票代码：5034）及2031年到期15亿美元零息有担保可换股债券，若持有人为享有本次股息行使转换权，最后时限为2026年6月1日16时30分。
