ValueMax Group issues 80 million Singapore dollars of 4.00% notes due 2029

ValueMax Group Limited (T6I) announced on Jul, 10 2026 that it has issued 80 million Singapore dollars of 4.00 per cent notes maturing in 2029 under its 300 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium-term note programme.

DBS Bank Ltd. acted as the sole global coordinator and sole rating advisor, while DBS Bank Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (O39) served as joint lead managers and bookrunners for the offering.

The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has granted approval-in-principle for the notes to be listed and quoted on the exchange, with trading expected to begin on Jul, 13 2026.

Approximately 21.56 per cent of the issuance was allocated to noteholders deemed “interested persons” under SGX listing rules, resulting in a substantial holding by these parties.
