Capital Finance boosts issued share base by 4.19% through HK$16.10 placing, maintains public float compliance

Capital Finance Holdings Limited (Capital Finance) reported a 4.19% month-on-month expansion in its issued share capital for July 2026.

The number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) climbed by 3.93 million to 97.77 million following a placing of new shares completed on 23 July 2026. The shares were issued at HK$16.10 each, subsequent to shareholder approval granted on 22 May 2026. No treasury shares were outstanding or transacted during the period.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 100 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01, equivalent to HK$1.00 billion.

Capital Finance confirmed that it continued to meet the minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Under its share option scheme (approved 18 June 2024), 9.38 million shares remain available for potential future issuance; no options were exercised in July.

No movements were recorded in warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and there were no share repurchases or redemptions during the month.
