Grand Venture Technology Limited said it has completed payment of the scheme consideration to eligible shareholders on Oct, 31 2025, following the effectiveness of its scheme of arrangement with Aalberts Advanced Mechatronics B.V. on Oct, 27 2025.
The company added that it will be delisted from the SGX Mainboard at 9:00 a.m. on Nov, 04 2025.
