北京雲迹科技股份有限公司（股票名称：云迹）于2026年6月2日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于香港联交所场内回购13,900股普通股H股，占该公司已发行股份（不含库藏股）的0.022%。本次回购的每股价格介乎308.8港元至322港元，总金额4,384,370港元，折合约438.44万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数变更为62,523,238股，库藏股增至76,400股。据公告，云迹的回购授权于2025年12月26日通过，可回购股份总数为6,259,963股，截至目前已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所累计回购76,400股，占授权时已发行股份总数约0.11%。
公司确认此次股份回购遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由董事长、执行董事兼总裁支濤签署。
