嘉艺控股（股票代码：01025）于2026年8月3日提交的最新月报显示，截至2026年7月31日，公司注册股份总数维持在500,000,000股，面值每股港币0.2元，注册股本总额仍为港币100,000,000，与上月保持一致。公司已发行普通股股数为404,367,440股，月内无新增发行或回购，亦未进行任何库藏股买卖，期末已发行股份总数继续维持在404,367,440股。
公告显示，公司已就此前获得股东大会通过的购股权计划授予截止本月尚有2,600,000份未行使期权；本月内无行权，亦未因此新增股份发行或库存股转让。此外，公司于2026年6月18日与配售代理订立一项配售协议，最高可向不少于六名承配人配售80,873,488股，配售价为每股0.20港元，但截至2026年7月31日并未实际发行相关股份。公司确认，其截至本月底的公众持股量符合相关上市规则要求，并将继续严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法规。
