2026年6月24日，太平洋航运(02343)发布翌日披露报表，公布已于当日回购公司普通股3,414,000股，占当日已发行股本约0.066%。本次回购价格介乎每股港币2.84元至2.90元，合计耗资约983.10万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持在5,166,725,803股，库藏股数为0。根据公告，太平洋航运于2026年4月22日通过股份回购授权，最高可回购的股份总数为516,672,580股，截至目前已于香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购4,892,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本约0.9468%。公司明确表示，此次回购行为已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
