Artini Holdings Limited has made its 2025-2026 Annual Report available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.artini.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Dated 31 July 2026, the board-issued notice informs shareholders that:

• The latest Annual Report can now be accessed digitally, aligning the group’s ongoing shift toward electronic corporate communications.

• Investors who have not provided an email address—or whose email on record is no longer valid—may submit a reply form to receive future publication alerts via email instead of printed letters. Forms can be returned by email to 789-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk or sent to Union Registrars Limited at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

• Shareholders preferring hard-copy communications can request printed versions at any time free of charge. Existing hard-copy requests expire one year after receipt unless renewed.
