百果园集团(02411)于2026年6月2日发布公告，披露当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股股份共计2,665,000股，约占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的0.134%。回购价格区间介乎每股港币1.70元至1.79元，合共耗资约港币468.20万元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）由原先的1,988,124,250股降至1,985,459,250股，库藏股数量增至15,262,000股。公司股份总数仍为2,000,721,250股。
根据公告，公司于2025年6月5日通过购回授权决议，可回购股份总数为145,388,894股。截至目前，经在香港联交所或其他证券交易所的累计回购数量为15,262,000股。公司确认本次股份回购已严格遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》等相关法律法规。
