Kuaishou Technology issued a supplemental notice on 28 May 2026 confirming changes to the agenda for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 25 June 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in Beijing.

Key adjustments: 1. Ordinary resolution 3 in the original notice dated 24 April 2026 has been revoked and replaced with the proposal to re-elect Mr. Zhang Fei as an independent non-executive director. 2.
