美的集团股份有限公司（00300）7月20日披露，以集中竞价交易方式实施的A股回购取得最新进展。截至2026年7月17日，公司已通过回购专用证券账户累计回购A股84,339,356股，占公司当前总股本的1.11%，累计支付金额为67.16亿元，成交价格区间为每股73.66元至85.84元。
根据2026年3月30日公司第五届董事会第十三次会议审议通过的回购方案，美的集团拟在12个月内回购金额不超过130亿元且不低于65亿元的A股股份，回购价格上限为每股100元。当时拟将回购股份用于实施股权激励计划及/或员工持股计划。
2026年4月29日，公司第五届董事会第十四次会议表决同意将回购股份用途由“用于实施股权激励计划及/或员工持股计划”变更为“用于依法注销减少注册资本”。该变更已在2026年6月5日召开的2025年度股东大会获批。
公司表示，将在回购期限内根据市场情况继续实施回购，并按进展及时履行信息披露义务。
