For the reporting month ended 31 March 2026, Be Friends Holding Limited confirmed that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged, according to the company’s latest Monthly Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The authorised share capital stayed at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million.
