Dexin Services Announces Leadership Change: Hu Yiping Steps Down, President Tang Junjie Becomes Chairman

Dexin Services Group Limited disclosed a board reshuffle effective 28 April 2026:

• Chairman transition — Mr. Hu Yiping resigned as chairman of the board and executive director owing to other work arrangements. He will remain with the Group as a consultant, and confirmed there is no disagreement with the board or issues requiring shareholder attention.

• New chairman — Mr. Tang Junjie, 51, currently an executive director, president and a member of the remuneration committee, has been appointed chairman. His remuneration package is unchanged and no separate service contract was signed for the chairmanship.

Governance note Mr. Tang’s dual role as president and chairman diverges from Corporate Governance Code provision C.2.1, which advocates separation of the two positions. The board cited continuity of leadership and strong oversight mechanisms as reasons for maintaining the combined roles, and will continue to review the structure.

Profile of Mr. Tang Junjie • Joined Dexin Services in November 2018 and has served as director since October 2020 and president since December 2020. • Previously held senior roles in urban planning and industrial development bureaus in Wenzhou from 1996 to 2018. • Academic credentials: Bachelor’s in Civil & Architectural Engineering, Zhejiang University (1996); Master’s in Public Administration, Tongji University (2005). • Professional qualifications include Registered Urban Planner (since 2014) and Senior Economist (since 2024). • Industry recognition: “Top 30 Property CEO of the Year in China” (2021) and other accolades. • Equity interest: holds approximately 14.27 million shares of Dexin Services.

Current board composition Executive directors: Mr. Tang Junjie (chairman, president) and Ms. Zheng Peng. Independent non-executive directors: Dr. Wong Wing Kuen Albert, Mr. Rui Meng and Mr. Yang Xi.

The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Hu for his contributions during his tenure.
