According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on October 15, KAISA GROUP (01638) shareholders transferred their shares from UOB (Hong Kong) to HSBC Holdings, with a total transaction value of HKD 65.48 million, accounting for 5.28% of the company. Previously, KAISA GROUP announced that, following a joint application submitted via an agreed summons, the High Court issued an order on September 22, 2025, to withdraw the petition (as amended). At the time of the announcement, there were no pending liquidation petitions against the company. On September 15, KAISA GROUP also declared that all conditions for its offshore debt restructuring had been met, and the restructuring plan had become fully effective.
