据百胜中国控股有限公司（09987）于2026年8月19日披露的翌日披露报表显示，公司近期持续开展股份回购操作，其中2026年8月17日在美国回购并于次日注销57,257股普通股，每股回购价格为47.16美元，占当日已发行股本约0.02%。经上述注销后，公司已发行股本数为342,425,447股。
2026年8月18日，公司于香港联交所场内回购23,050股普通股，占当日已发行股本约0.01%，每股价格介于367.80港元至371.00港元之间，涉资约850.56万港元。同期，公司于纽约证券交易所再度回购70,188股普通股，占当日已发行股本约0.02%，每股价格范围为46.75美元至47.24美元，合计投入约330.00万美元。上述两项回购合计约9.32万股。
公告显示，公司股东于2026年5月28日通过股份回购授权，总额度为34,664,620股。截至目前已累计回购5,205,448股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本约1.5%。公司并确认，所有回购均遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他相关法律规定。
