From August 13 to 14, a defense-themed knowledge competition titled "A Strong Nation Rests on Me – Know History, Advance with Dedication, and Cherish National Defense" was jointly organized by the Publicity Department of the Chifeng Municipal Party Committee, along with the Municipal Committee's Directly Affiliated Organs Work Committee, the Municipal Archives and Historical Records Museum, the Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, and the Political Work Office of the Chifeng Military Sub-District.

The event was held at a lively venue.

Covering a broad range of topics, the competition focused on seven core areas, including fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and national security, providing a comprehensive test of the party members' and cadres' theoretical knowledge and understanding of defense. The atmosphere was intense yet orderly: during the mandatory question round, contestants responded with composure and solid expertise; in the quick-answer round, all participants raced against the clock to score; and the risk-question round tested teamwork, with scores seesawing between teams. Participants expressed that the event encouraged learning through competition and action, deepening their patriotic commitment to supporting and safeguarding national defense.

According to reports, Chifeng City will continue to innovate defense education formats and expand learning platforms to further promote the normalization and effectiveness of national defense education across the public.
