TAIMEI TECH (ASX: 02576) has announced a series of appointments to its board and senior management following approval at its annual general meeting.

Dr. Zhao Lu, Mr. Ma Dong, Mr. Zhang Hongwei, Mr. Lu Yiming, Ms. Wan Yunyun, and Ms. Ni Xiaomei have been appointed as executive directors of the company's third board of directors.

Dr. Jiang Xiao, Mr. Feng Zhiwei, and Dr. Gong Yan have been appointed as independent non-executive directors for the same term.

Additionally, Mr. Wen Gang and Mr. Cai Xin have been appointed as shareholder representative supervisors to the company's third board of supervisors.

At the first meeting of the third board of directors held immediately after the annual meeting, Dr. Zhao Lu was appointed as Chairman of the board.

His term as Chairman is set for three years, commencing on June 23, 2026, and will run until the end of the third board's tenure.

In other appointments, the board has approved the following senior management roles: Ms. Wan Yunyun as General Manager, Ms. Ni Xiaomei as Board Secretary, and Mr. Wang Wei as Chief Financial Officer.

The terms for these senior management positions also take effect on June 23, 2026, for a period of three years, aligning with the tenure of the third board of directors.
