VANOV HOLDINGS (02260) has announced that Mr. Zhang Shenjin has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director, effective April 30, 2026, in order to dedicate more time to other commitments. Concurrently, Mr. Zhang has also stepped down from his roles as a member of the company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. The board of directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jiang Chaozhe as an independent non-executive director, which will also take effect on April 30, 2026.
