本次回购后，公司已发行股本总数维持256,269,900股，其中流通股份由255,553,100股降至255,403,400股，库存股份则由716,800股增至866,500股。购回授权的决议于2025年5月19日获得通过，公司可根据该授权回购最多25,626,990股股份。
